“Traditional Ingredients Blend” (450g Pack)

  • Premium South Indian Raw Rice – 315g

  • High-Quality Urad Dal – 90g

  • Flattened Rice (Poha/Aval) – 36g

  • Fenugreek Seeds (Methi) – 9g

🍳 How to Prepare (Foolproof Method)

  1. Soak Separately

    • Soak rice for 6–8 hours

    • Soak urad dal + methi together for 4–6 hours

    • Soak poha for 20–30 minutes before grinding

  2. Grind

    • Grind dal + methi first (smooth & fluffy)

    • Then grind rice + poha (slightly coarse)

    • Mix both batters well with salt

  3. Ferment

    • Cover and ferment 8–12 hours (overnight)

    • Batter should rise and turn slightly airy

  4. Make Dosa

    • Heat tawa, pour batter, spread thin

    • Add butter generously for authentic benne dosa

    • Cook till golden and crisp

👉 Pro Tip: Add 1–2 tbsp rice flour for extra crispiness (optional)
